My name is Ms. Kriss,

I began this journey as a devoted parent volunteer almost 11 years ago.
I am now the dedicated program director for USTA’s Before/After school & Summer program, with a passion for enriching children’s lives, mymleadership and commitment to foster a positive learning environment, with the help of the owners and educators at USTA we have significantly contributed to the success and growth of the students and leaving a lasting impact on them.

I am a dedicated educator with a background in education and child development. I have spent over 6 years working in various educational settings before stepping into the role of USTA’s program Director. I developed a passion for encouraging creativity. I provide additional support to children and families outside traditional school hours.

As a director I collaborate with educators and parents/guardians to design enriching activities that not only complement the public schools curriculum, but also
cater to the needs and interests of the children, I am a very strong advocate for the children, I attend school meetings to help and ensure the parent/guardians and children get the support they need from the public schools such as: IEP’s and 504’s. I specialize in helping children with behavioral disorders. Beyond program development, I ensure a safe and inclusive environment, establishing a strong communication channel with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child/ren’s progress and involvement in the Before/after school and summer program.
